Jon Huntsman is still planning to vote for Mitt Romney for president, but wants to clarify that he's "not a surrogate for anybody." He explained on MSNBC's Morning Joe on Thursday that "given the lay of the land today, with economics being the primary concern—I mean when you have 100 percent debt to GDP [ratio], you're sunk, the next generation is completely screwed, let's put it that way. I think Mitt Romney's the best person to handle the economic side." Still, he's not sure Romney's ideas are bold enough to campaign on behalf of him. "All I can say is I'm looking at the marketplace and I'm saying this duopoly is tired, and we're stuck in a rut.
