Hurricane Harvey has now strengthened to a Category 4 storm as it barrels down on Texas. The storm has maximum sustained winds of 130 mph and is likely to be the worst to hit the state in almost two decades. The potential fallout from the hurricane will last after it actually hits the coast, with heavy rainfall expected through next week which could be as high as 40 inches in some areas. It is anticipated to hit the coast late Friday evening.
