This isn’t a horrible settlement: Frank McCourt, who purchased the Los Angeles Dodgers with his wife seven years ago, will get the baseball team after their divorce settlement. McCourt now faces the challenge of having a judge agree to the deal. McCourt lost a $3 billion television deal with Fox Sports after it was blocked by the Major League Baseball’s commissioner because it helped McCourt’s “personal needs.” He then filed for bankruptcy protection.
