The designer, who says she follows politics, went down to schmooze with the President and the First Lady at the White House correspondent’s dinner this weekend. She also raved about Michelle’s sartorial selections on her trip to Europe, and says she is eager to contribute to the First Lady’s stellar fashion lineup. “I want to know her size,” Versace said. “I want to send her clothes. But I’m a bit shy.”
