Officials say no repeat of last year’s six-day shutdown.

President Obama may want to get out of Ireland while he can: Iceland’s most active volcano began erupting over the weekend. The Reykjavik airport is closed, and the United Kingdom says ash could enter its airspace later this week. The new eruption at Grimsvotn is much larger than the one last year, which shutdown airports in much of Europe for six days. Still, officials says weather patterns rule out a repeat of last year’s paralysis.
