Hurricane season is in full swing: Hurricane Igor will intensify to a Category 5 storm Monday as it swirls in the Atlantic Ocean about a thousand miles from the Leeward Islands, scientists say. Igor is the fourth hurricane of the 2010 season, and is quickly strengthening toward wind speeds of 150 m.p.h. Experts say Igor is likely to hang out in the Atlantic, and has little chance of hitting the East Coast or Canada. Tropical Storm Julia developed over the weekend and is twisting off the coast of the Cape Verde Islands. Julia will probably hit hurricane strength on Tuesday.
