A fire broke out in a Kolkata hospital Friday, killing more than 90 people. The dead are mostly patients but include three hospital staff. Most workers abandoned the patients after the blaze broke out, and Indian officials say they'll prosecute the hospital for violating safety procedures. The blaze, which officials believe started in the hospital’s basement, lasted for five hours before firefighters were able to put it out. Indian police have arrested six hospital workers on charges of culpable homicide.
