An Indian girl was headed home from a farm with her older sister, Tuesday, when she was reportedly dragged away by three villagers and gang raped. After the girl, who was believed to be 13-years-old, threatened to tell other villagers about what the men had done to her, they set her on fire. The young victim's sister had run off to get help but by the time she arrived back at the scene with family and neighbors, over 80 percent of her body had already been covered in burns. She died, Wednesday, from the burns at a hospital. A representative from the All India Progressive Women's Association said that claims of rape are often dismissed in India unless a woman is dead or dying.
