Five people were confirmed dead after a concert stage scaffolding collapsed Saturday at the Indiana State Fair, and officials in Indianapolis said the death toll could still rise. The dramatic scene was captured on a YouTube video when the rigging tumbled forward onto fans waiting for the country band Sugarland to perform. Strong winds before a thunderstorm likely caused the accident. At least 40 people were injured.
