Ten Indonesian nationals are being held hostage after their ship was hijacked in Philippine waters, the Indonesian foreign ministry said Tuesday. According to the government agency, the owner of the hijacked tugboat and coal barge has received two phone calls, allegedly from radical Islamic militant group Abu Sayyaf, demanding a ransom for the passengers.
