Sam Bradford worked long and hard to get on the field to play in the St. Louis Rams’ preseason game Saturday, only to be struck down with a left knee injury. He had spent 10 months in rehab working on a ligament injury from last season. Bradford is now out for the season, the team’s coach said. Shaun Hill will replace Bradford as starting quarterback.
