Love was in the air in an Arizona prison. Joseph Andrew Dekenipp escaped from the Florence, AZ detention center Friday afternoon to spend Valentine's Day with his girlfriend. His romantic jailbreak began by crawling past razor wire and scaling two fences. He then made it to a bar ten miles from the prison after hitching a ride with teenagers. He was captured three hours after his escape without incident said the police. Before his Valentine's Day break, Dekenipp was being held on $5,000 bail and waiting a Feb. 25 trial for various charges, including car theft, driving with a suspended license, and, unsurprisingly, unlawful flight. However, the love-hating authorities have now added an escape charge.
