A death row inmate in Texas is seeking to have his punishment delayed after an execution was botched in Oklahoma last week. The lawyer for Robert Campbell filed a civil rights lawsuit arguing that without knowing the source of Texas's lethal injection drugs, Campbell's death, currently scheduled for May 13, might be "as horrific as" the execution of Clayton Lockett last week that ended with him dying of a heart attack.
