
Perched between two mountain peaks on the northern tip of Morocco, Chefchaouen is a city painted in shades of blue. For nearly 500 years, it remained closed off from the outside world. Now, after opening its gates in the 1920s, travelers can't help but be enchanted by the labyrinth of alleyways filled with picturesque shops and restaurants, all in vibrant shade of blue.
