It's hard to beat the combination of yellow and blue. The dramatic effect that opposite colors create emotionally in an image is always interesting to look at, and in the case of blue and yellow, the feeling of cold and warm. Beams in general are just incredible to look at, they're awe inspiring. I shot this photo about a year ago to the day, standing on a Mesa looking out over Hurricane Utah. It was one of those great evenings with the sunlight shining through the moving cracks in the sky and rolling across the landscape far below.

The mountains surrounding #Grindelwald Switzerland are dramatically stunning to say the least. Last July I spent a few weeks in the area compliments of @adidasoutdoor and @natgeo enjoying these beautiful mountains. When I shot this I was lucky to get a little window on what was otherwise a hazy day. I had my tripod set up in anticipation and as the clouds briefly opened up I took this 2 minute exposure. Looking forward to a return trip this summer!
