After selling over a million iPads in less than month in the U.S., Apple took its show on the road this week, making the device available in Australia, Canada, Japan, and six countries in Europe. Hundreds lined up in Paris at the Apple store in the Louvre museum complex, Bloomberg reports, easily dwarfing the line of museum goers waiting to see the Mona Lisa. Some Apple fans in Tokyo waited as many as 40 hours to buy one. Apple may have trouble on their hands in other divisions, however—the Department of Justice is investigating its business practices at its iTunes music store, which critics say discourage competition from other digital music companies.
