Iran’s parliament has voted to ban access to military sites, documents, and scientists if a deal is made with world powers on its nuclear program. During the vote multiple lawmakers chanted “Death to America.” If the bill becomes law (which needs ratification of the Guardian Council), it could severely complicate negotiations in the run-up to the June 30 deadline.
