It was another deadly day in Iraq: According to the Associated Press, a female suicide bomber killed 40 people and injured 80 more today in an attack at a Shiite pilgrimage south of Baghdad. Many people were believed to have been injured in a stampede as survivors fled the scene of the attack. It was the most deadly of Iraq’s three consecutive days of attack.
