Iron Chef America's "Chairman," Mark Dacascos, will be trading in the kitchen stadium for the dance floor next season when he joins the celebrity cast of Dancing With the Stars. Dacascos, who is an actor and martial artist in addition to his Iron Chef gig, has had a extensive television and film career and has starred in the internationally acclaimed French epic, Brotherhood of the Wolf, the cult classic Only the Strong, and opposite Jet Li in Cradle to the Grave. Other stars who will be dancing include singer Macy Gray, Kelly Osbourne, former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, and Olympic swimming gold medalist Natalie Coughlin.
