Is Kate's Dress Alexander McQueen?
Creative director may have been seen entering Middleton's hotel.

HANDOUT
Who will Kate Middleton be wearing on her big day? All signs point to Alexander McQueen's creative director Sarah Burton, or at least one very obvious clue: a photo of a woman covering her face and hair with a large fur trapper hat, but exposing Burton's favorite accessory, her leather studded belt. The woman in the photo is also wearing ballet flats that Burton has previously been spotted around town in. She isn't exactly a paparazzi target, but she's often wearing these signature accessories when photographed. Since The Telegraph released the photo of a woman resembling Burton rushing into The Goring, the rumor mill has been abuzz that she was checking in Wednesday afternoon for a fitting with Middleton. Burton has previously denied that she is designing Middleton's wedding dress, but the designer's Fall/Winter 2011 collection—inspired by "a snow queen and her court" and featuring a host of white and ivory "bridal" designs—was another hint that she's had wedding garb on her mind lately.
