The latest tracking data for Tropical Storm Isaac predicts that the final dregs of the storm—which has been wreaking havoc for Gulf Coast residents and Republican National Convention organizers as it skirts Tampa en route to New Orleans—will end up near Janesville, Wis., on Saturday morning. That’s the hometown of vice-presidential nominee Paul Ryan, and the site of an enthusiastic send-off rally on Monday afternoon. Seems like the Republicans can’t catch a break this year.
