ISIS has accepted Boko Haram's pledge of allegiance in a video messages. With the Boko Haram alliance, ISIS comes a step closer to the global expansion of its self-proclaimed caliphate beyond the Middle East. The two groups have been in talks for months, as The Daily Beast first reported. About a dozen other terrorist groups have already sworn allegiance to ISIS.
