An ISIS defector has produced a video showing the group torturing a 14-year-old boy. In the video, the teenager is shown being beaten as he hangs by his wrists as punishment for planting an anti-ISIS bomb—something the boy says he was tricked into. “I thought I was going to die and leave my parents, my siblings, my friends, my relatives all behind. I thought I was going to die,” the boy told the BBC from Turkey. “They started lashing me, electrocuting me in order to confess. I told them everything.” He was sentenced to death, but eventually allowed to escape.
