After capturing an air base in Tabqa, Syria, this week, ISIS fighters claim they have executed hundreds of members of the Syrian armed forces. The base was the army’s last stronghold in the country’s northeast region. According to a human-rights organization, the executed soldiers were trying to escape from the airport. On Wednesday, pictures and a video were posted online that seemed to show more than a hundred men in underwear being marched into the desert.
