ISIS is urging its Muslim followers to kill civilians of the countries that are part of the U.S.-led coalition against the Islamist extremist group. “If you can kill a disbelieving American or European—especially the spiteful and filthy French—or an Australian, or a Canadian, or any other disbeliever, then rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner or way however it may be,” said an ISIS spokesman in a 42-minute video released Sunday on social media. The video was posted shortly after ISIS shared photos of British recruits. ISIS has already publicly executed U.S. and British civilians.
