Two Iraqi nuns in charge of an orphanage in Mosul are missing, possibly at the hands of militants of the self-described Islamic State, formerly known as ISIS. The Chaldean sisters also had with them three young children, according to the Vatican’s news agency, and have not been reachable since Saturday. According to local church sources, the militants have confirmed they are in good condition.
