A suicide bomber fighting for ISIS detonated a truck filled with explosives two kilometers north of Kobani, Syria, on Monday. The number of casualties has not yet been disclosed. Kurdish forces were able to halt ISIS from claiming Kobani, but militants reportedly control almost half of the town. A UN envoy warned thousands could be massacred if ISIS takes over.
