An Israeli investigation into its military's shelling of a Gaza Strip beach last year that killed four children has determined the soldiers did not break the laws of war. Four Palestinian boys, all cousins, were killed as they played on the beach during an Israeli strike. The Israeli military later acknowledged launching the strikes at Hamas and called the children’s deaths “a tragic outcome.”
