The suicide bomber responsible for an explosion in Istanbul that killed 10 people was identified as Nabil Fadil, who officials say arrived in Turkey last week after registering as a Syrian refugee. Turkish authorities said Wednesday that Fadil’s fingerprints matched ones found in the bombing debris. Information provided by Fadil when he arrived in Turkey didn’t trigger any security alerts, officials said. Fadil was a 28-year-old Syrian with ties to ISIS, security personnel said. At least 15 more people were wounded in the attack Tuesday, and many of them were Westerners.
