Lindsay Lohan Sues Grand Theft Auto Creators: Lindsay Lohan could be back in court; but this time as the accuser, and not the accused. On Wednesday, the starlet filed a complaint against Take-Two Interactive Software Inc, the creators of Grand Theft Auto V. According to the suit, the Mean Girls actress claims one of the game’s characters bares a striking resemblance to her appearance and even plays out story lines from her real life dramas, including her favorite former hotspot, L.A.'s Chateau Marmont.
