James Franco to Teach Course on Himself

Actor tries yet another forum.

Teach what you know: that's the philosophy actor James Franco will take into a Columbia College Hollywood classroom for a class called "Master Class: Editing James Franco... with James Franco." It's the latest addition to a busy schedule that has recently included making movies, acting in soap operas, publishing a book, directing a play, and studying for a doctorate at Yale. Franco will co-teach the class with a collaborator, lecturing via Skype and occasionally showing up in person. Students will edit footage of Franco's films to create a half-hour documentary.
