Defense lawyers for accused Aurora, Colorado movie shooter James Holmes said they will ask the Supreme Court to make a reporter reveal her sources used in a story about Holmes. The attorneys want Fox News reporter Jana Winter to tell law enforcement who told her that Holmes sent his psychiatrist a notebook filled with violent images before the attack. The defense argues the person who revealed the violent notebook violated a gag order and should be punished.
