Japan Earthquake Death Toll Reaches 10,000

The death toll from Japan's devastating earthquake and tsnunami reached 10,000 on Friday and was still climbing. Hundreds of thousands are living in shelters; over 660,000 homes do not have water and another 209,000 don't have electricity. National police said that 17,400 people are still missing, and that they expect the death toll to rise much higher.
