Former Jared Foundation chief Russell Taylor will plead guilty to child-pornography charges, his lawyer said Tuesday. The attorney said a plea deal is in the works and is expected to be announced later today, ahead of Thursday’s deadline for prosecutors to file former charges against Taylor. The investigation also implicated his best friend and former employer, ex-Subway spokesman Jared Fogle. Fogle pleaded guilty to child-porn charges last month.
