Phillip and Nancy Garrido, the couple accused of kidnapping Jaycee Dugard and holding her captive for two decades, were indicted on 19 counts by a grand jury on Friday. Details of the charges are not immediately clear; originally, they faced 29 counts of kidnapping, rape, and false imprisonment. Nancy Garrido entered a plea of not guilty; criminal proceedings against her husband are suspended while he undergoes a mental evaluation. Dugard was abducted from a bus stop in Lake Tahoe in 1991, when she was 11.
