Jeb Bush took a light jab at his brother while appearing on Stephen Colbert’s debut episode of The Late Show on Tuesday night. Colbert asked Bush to differentiate himself from his brother President George W. Bush, to which the Republican presidential candidate quipped, “I’m obviously younger and much better looking.” The former Florida governor then took a more serious tone to say his brother could’ve been better about preventing congressional spending. “He should have brought the hammer down on the Republicans when they were spending way too much,” he said. Colbert also made a dig about the Jeb! campaign logo. “It connotes excitement,” Bush said. The inaugural episode also featured an interview with George Clooney and a brief cameo by Jon Stewart.
