Jeff and MacKenzie Bezos announced in separate Twitter statements Thursday that they have officially finalized their divorce, just months after the couple first announced their split. MacKenzie Bezos said she will keep 25 percent of the couple’s Amazon stock, but will relinquish her voting rights, as well as her ownership of her ex-husband’s other companies, Blue Origin and The Washington Post. “Grateful to have finished the process of dissolving my marriage with Jeff with support from each other and everyone who reached out to us in kindness, and looking forward to the next phase as co-parents and friends,” MacKenzie wrote, adding that she’s “excited about my own plans.” “I’m so grateful to all my friends and family for reaching out with encouragement and love. It means more than you all know. MacKenzie most of all,” Jeff Bezos added.
