Jennifer Grey Wins DWTS

Bristol Palin comes in third.

Nobody puts Jennifer Grey in a corner. The Dirty Dancing star was crowned the champion of the 11th season of Dancing With the Stars, beating out Bristol Palin and former child star Kyle Massey. Grey, partnered with three-time champion Derek Hough, has overcome several injuries in her run. Palin, whose unexpected streak was marred by controversy that right-wing viewers were voting for her, finished third, despite having consistently received the season’s lowest scores. The winner is determined by a combination of scores from the show’s three judges as well as votes from the audience. Producers said a record number of people voted, and the show raked in more than 20 million viewers.
