The major of Jerusalem was driving past city hall when he spotted a young Palestinian man stabbing an ultra-Orthodox Jew on the street. He and his bodyguard jumped from the car, restrained the suspect, and administered first aid to the victim, according to the mayor. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. This is the latest in a string of stabbing assaults against Israelis.
