Jesse James is moving permanently to Austin, Texas, his lawyer says, though he offered no word on whether James is heading to the city because his estranged wife, Sandra Bullock, owns a home there. James, 41, is moving because he "needed to handle business matters and other personal matters." The decision could complicate the life of his daughter, Sunny, 6, whose mother, porn star Janine Lindemulder, has battled substance abuse and lives in Los Angeles. Lindemulder was recently granted visitation rights.
