Fool me twice ... TMZ says that Jesse James was sued for sexual harassment in 2006 and 2007 by a high-level female employee of his company, West Coast Choppers, and eventually settled the suit for more than $700,000. The woman charged James with making repeated sexual advances, including sexual acts. According to emails exchanged between James and the woman, James replied to a request for Tums by suggesting she give him oral sex. She apparently took him up on the offer—“she kept a telltale Clintonesque T-shirt,” says TMZ.
