Jesse Matthew Jr., who is also facing two murder trials, was sentenced Friday to life in prison for the rape and attempted murder of a Fairfax, Virginia, woman in 2005. He was served with three consecutive life sentences after entering a plea in June which acknowledged that prosecutors had enough evidence to convict him. Matthew also faces the death penalty for a murder charge in the case of University of Virginia student Hannah Graham, who went missing in 2014.
