An Asiana flight from South Korea to Japan crash-landed at Hiroshima airport Tuesday, after it overran the runway. At least 20 of the 81 people aboard the flight were injured, but none have been reported killed. Another Asiana airlines flight crashed on the way to San Francisco in 2013. Two people were killed in that crash.
