According to TMZ, Joan Rivers’ personal physician who allegedly took a selfie while performing a biopsy is popular celebrity doctor Gwen Korovin. Korovin was reportedly not authorized to practice at the Yorkville Endoscopy center. Apparently, Korovin has patients including Celine Dion, Lady Gaga, Hugh Jackman, John Mayer, and Brooke Shields. When TMZ reached out to her for comment, her office replied, “We do not comment on matters related to patients.”
