A twist in the Jodi Arias case: the convicted murderess' lawyers filed a motion to dismiss all charges, claiming evidence was deleted from the victim's computer. Arias was found guilty of killing her former boyfriend Travis Alexander, but a penalty was not handed down and she is facing a death sentence trial. Now her attorneys say that thousands of files, mostly of pornography, were wiped from Alexander's while it was held by police. The allegations would be considered gross prosecutorial misconduct.
