He is suing Michael’s doctor, Conrad Murray, for wrongful death. “Joe wants justice for Michael and wants to know how he died," his lawyer tells TheWrap. "The only way to do that is to get the subpoenas, see all the documents, and find out what really happened on June 25, 2009." Joe Jackson served Murray with a notice of intent to pursue legal action on March 27. California law requires 90 days from the date of delivery before he can file the suit. Those 90 days are up Friday—which also happens to be the one-year anniversary of Michael’s death.
