Reports of Joe Miller’s demise may have been greatly exaggerated: Media reports over the weekend said that the Republican Party had given up on Senate candidate Joe Miller and was hoping Lisa Murkowski would win her write-in bid against him. But a new poll from Public Policy Polling shows Miller leading the three-way race with 37 percent of the vote. Murkowski and Democrat Scott McAdams both have 30 percent apiece. Miller is leading despite the fact that only 36 percent of voters have a positive opinion of him—the worst rating in the field.
