George Miller (D., California), one of the congressmen who presented the motion, visited Bangladesh last month and told ABC news upon his return, "Workers that manufacture clothing, embossed with our nation's military slogans and insignias, shouldn't have to face blocked fire exists and threats of being fired for refusing to work in unsafe conditions."
