The judge gave Jon until October 26 to return half of the money he cleared from their joint bank account last week, and also ordered Kate to provide a list of past expenses. "As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children," said Kate, adding that she hoped for the rest of the couple's arbitration to remain out of the public eye.
