Well here’s one Kennedy who isn’t at the Democratic National Convention. Joseph Kennedy III won the Democratic primary on Thursday for Rep. Barney Frank’s seat. Kennedy, a grandson of Robert Kennedy, will face the winner of Thursday’s Republican primary. Kennedy, 31, worked as a prosecutor in Massachusetts and in 2006, he co-managed the final senate campaign of his late great-uncle, Edward Kennedy.
